To enable a sustainable use of the developed methods and tools, a non-commercial transfer model was developed within the project framework. It enables the use of the RefCare software in reception facilities for refugees even after the federal funding has expired. In this way, the results of the project could be successfully transferred into routine care.
In addition, the organisational and structural prerequisites for continuous surveillance in compliance with data protection requirements have been institutionalised in the PriCarenet research and surveillance network.
